How many sessions should I plan?
It really depends on your needs, as everyone is different. Some clients want a little support for a specific issue and therefore require a few sessions, while others seek long-term, supportive counseling.
You decide how many sessions are right for you. We can discuss this together on an ongoing basis if you'd like.
How can I reach you and until when can I cancel the appointment free of charge?
I'm available Monday through Friday via e-mail or phone. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid the late cancellation/no-show fee.
How does such an online consultation via video call work?
I'm committed to making it easy to use, so you don't need to download any software or set up an account. Simply use a browser (like Safari, Explorer, etc.) on your computer or other device with a camera and microphone. I'll be happy to explain the exact process in more detail here.
How often should I attend the sessions?
That's entirely up to you. Experience shows that consultations spaced 2-3 weeks apart are helpful, but it all depends on your needs.
How do I pay for the consultations?
You have the choice of paying with Twint or I will send you an invoice by email, which you can pay by bank transfer.
Will my session be confidential?
Yes, as a psychological counselor, I am bound by confidentiality and am bound by a duty of professional secrecy. This also applies to online consultations; no one will be able to hear what we discuss, and it's important that you, too, are in a separate and comfortable space.
